Book the Barn for your next Anniversary party, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, or small event! Half Day rentals are a 3 hour time frame: AM: 10am - 1pm PM: 3pm -6pm You may arrive 1/2 hour early to set up and stay 1/2 hour after to clean up. (Additional hourly rate $200, subject to availability) Under 50 people, includes: * Handicapped accessible indoor bathroom, and separate men's (urinal) room * Bar area with full size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher * Wood Stove and seating area * Lounge seating option * Booth seating * Up to 50 event chairs * Round or rectangular tables- as discussed * Fireplace Pavilion with lounge seating * Parking lot Call to Amy discuss: 860-205-3382 Additional Hours: $200 *Pricing variable for customizations- Set up, Clean up, Linens, Party Favors, Flowers
